Clara Vista is a small business accounting and bookkeeping company. We specialize in helping businesses with all aspects of their financial needs, from when they start up to when they reach success. Whether it's sales tax filings or payroll, we're here for you!

List of services include:

• Quickbook setup: We start by setting up your company according to the Quickbooks standards. This includes creating any chart of accounts, customer, vendor, or employee classes and items that you may need.
• Quickbook training: We will train you to use Quickbooks and teach you to do any required task within the program.
• Small Business Bookkeeping: This includes any bookkeeping that needs to be done for the company. We will create or use your current processes and enter these into Quickbooks for you.
• CFO Services: If you need someone to oversee your business and help with financial management, we're here for you! Although we can't be at your side 24/7, we can be there for you in case questions arise.
• Payroll: We can handle your payroll for you. This includes creating the checks, direct deposit, 1099s, and any other payroll tax that needs to be filed.
• Advisory Services: If you need advice on any financial matters, we're your source. We don't do investment advising but can help with what is needed for starting up the company or anything else that you may need.
• Consulting Services: Need someone to step in and handle your company for a short time. We can do that as well! We're here to support you in any way we can.

Clara Vista is run and operated by Kelan Macy and is here to help you and your small business with all of your bookkeeping, CFO, Payroll, and Advisory needs! Kelan is a certified professional bookkeeper through bookkeeper Launch. He is here to make sure that you know what you are doing and offers training on using Quickbook and helping you set up an account, and training on how to use it.
